Yes, of course! In fact, our use of lighting is one of the chief reasons our clients come back to us year after year to photograph their new projects. When everyone has a camera in their back pocket, our professional camera equipment and myriad lenses may not necessarily be perceived as a differentiator.  What also sets us apart is our nuanced understanding of what creates effective imagery—all the pieces and parts that come together before the camera ever comes out of its case, includes:

• How light accentuates the materials and finishes our design clients selected.
• How the overall composition of an image and the source and quality of light used within it aligns with the space’s intended use. Whether the natural environs include warm or cool lighting, we are prepared.

Which is to say, yes, we’re passionate about lighting. 

We’re asked this question often.  We answer with a resounding “yes!”  Having our client present prior to or during a photography session allows creative engagement and immediate first-hand feedback.  The creative process is collaborative by its very nature; we encourage participation and input from our clients in every phase of our involvement.  Should time allocation require, “remote scouts” these can be set up in real time.  For clients that prefer the photo team to work independently, we are experienced in identifying perspectives which complement the project narrative.

Today’s RAW files are processed and blended to create impactful composite images.  The tools and training we bring to the table allows us to produce effective photographs with more flexibility, speed, and ease.  Image file sizes delivered to our clients range from large Tiff files for reproduction, to small jpeg files optimized for web use.  Any files can be customized to meet technical requirements.  We can also produce digital files for super graphics.
