Prolific recognition from the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders – Multifamily Pillars of the Industry, Multi-Housing News, Multi-Family Executive, Residential Architect, and others have tallied 50+ industry awards for properties on which Creative Sources has collaborated with JHP Architecture and Columbia Residential.

At Pendana, it was incumbent upon the photo team to capture the architecture inspired by South Floridian and Caribbean designs. Deep overhangs and balconies protect the building from the climate’s harsh sun and rain. The muted color scheme of off-whites and soft neutrals allows the lush landscape to provide the accent color of vibrant greens and colorful blooms.

Through image composition and other considerations, each image plays an integral part in the community’s visual storytelling. With a focus on providing beautiful, sustainable, mixed-income communities that enhance neighborhood vibrancy and impact resident daily lives, it is more than housing, it is a mission. Mr. Noel Khalil, Columbia Residential’s Founder, when asked what his company does, responded “Creating cathedrals for God’s children.”
